Welcome,  I am Dr. Evan Jacobson, a Johns Hopkins trained psychiatrist and former Instructor at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine.  I have been in private practice since 2004.  I work with each person as an individual with a unique life story looking to accomplish specific goals.  We will start with  a comprehensive evaluation and define a clearly outlined plan to accomplish those goals over subsequent appointments.   Often people see me for treatment of ADHD, Mood Disorders, Anxiety Spectrum Disorders, and changes in their ability to perform well in their personal, educational and professional lives.  I specialize in helping people successfully navigate stress, transitions, challenges and setbacks that happen in life.
